Who we are

SunnyHomes is a 7-year-old New Zealand local custom home product brand, established in 2015. We provide customized home improvement products. We manufacture, supply, and do the installation of insect screens, retractable screens, and security screens. We are also the expert for re-meshing on existing insect screens. Our main goal is to make high-quality products and satisfy the home environment's needs without insects. We are looking for a Sales Consultant. We want you to be a part of our team and work hard to grow and achieve together.

What you'll be doing
Our sales representative is an important part of our business and one of the images that represent the SunnyHomes brand to customers. Your new role will create a good customized service experience for each of our customers and help them build better and healthier homes.

If you have a background in retail, and sales, or are passionate about the home improvement product industry, we provide the best training environment to help you grow together. Your contribution will include:
  • Sales strategies - Develops effective and specific territory plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships with new and existing customers and leverage them to drive strategy through the organization.
  • Trusted adviser - Establishes relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of solutions related to doors and windows, value of implementation expertise). Builds a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities.
  • Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and road-map. Collaborate with and support the call center and marketing team on the negotiation of close strategy and contracting.
  • Support all marketing promotions and events in the territory.
  • Understand SunnyHomes sales models. Work actively with more Senior Sales employees to develop sophistication in sales and negotiation skills.
  • Weekly Revenue - Achieve/exceed quota targets.

Who we are looking for
We hope you will meet the following requirements:
  • Experience in sales is preferred but not strictly necessary.
  • Fluent in English ( Mandarin is a plus & necessary).
  • A valid New Zealand work visa.
  • A driver's license to legally drive in New Zealand.
